A Support Group for Teens with Chronic Pain & Disabilities

Take a Break. Find Your People. Feel Seen.

The Rest Stop is a monthly support and process group for teens (ages 15 - 18) living with chronic pain and/or disabilities. Whether your pain or disability is visible or invisible, this group is a place to rest, connect, and share real talk with others who "get it."

What to Expect:

  • A safe, judgment-free space to talk about life, school, and coping.

  • Tools for managing stress, pain, and tough days.

  • Validation, support, and empowerment.

  • Led by a licensed mental health therapist.

You are not alone. Let’s build a space for support, community, and healing.

Group Meets: Monthly on Saturdays
Location: Clarity Counseling - 16701 SE McGillivray Blvd Ste 120, Vancouver, WA 98683
Cost: $100 per session *may be partially reimbursable by insurance
